Our stay at Strauss 8th Floor apartment was truly perfect. The apartment was very clean, spacious, great WIFI and parking which were a big + for us. Very centrally located, Linens were fresh and they gave enough towels. The manager was there for us whenever we needed. Would definitely recommend to others and would come again soon. Family F. The apartment was great. The location could not be beat. Was able to walk to any number of minyanim in geula as well as easy walk to kotel. plenty of places to eat and shop steps away. Apartment was very comfortable. Building was very clean. We were a bit concerned about the noise factor being that close to center of town but it was NOT at all an issue. Would absolutely stay there again.

The apartment was wonderful. Six people (even 7 for a few nights) fit comfortably. Best location, half block to Rechov Yafo and its Light Rail station, minutes to shuk and Ben Yehuda, 15 minute walk to Mamilla/Old City, Great Synagogue. Street is open only to buses and taxis so taxis are always there, and many bus lines have stops on Strauss. Could be noisy at street level, but don't hear much on 8th floor. Any minor issues in apt were dealt with quickly and courteously. Convenient parking but need WAZE to find it (enter "Hanevi'im") under building. Everything we needed was supplied, including a crib and high-chair. Convenient washer/drier. Excellent wi-fi and cable.

We stayed in the 8th floor apartment for a week in November and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is amazing - seconds away from shops, restaurants and public transportation . Easily walkable to the kotel. The apartment is beautiful - modern, spacious, great kitchen and American beds! Rentals of Distinction provided wonderful service - the apartment was clean, they answered all questions promptly and most importantly were organized, efficient and available. They really wanted our stay there to be enjoyable and hassle free. We highly recommend using Rentals of Distinction for your rental needs in Yerushalayim and we can't wait to return! From the time I first spoke with Rafi and Akiva to the time we left, everything was perfect. Rafi and Akiva took great care of us making sure our rental was perfect. The apartment was also perfect and the location can't be beat. I will defiantly use Rentals of Distinction again.

We have rented the 8th floor apartment on Rechov Strauss 4 three times, and we have enjoyed its spaciousness and location in the center of the city.

The apartment was great. We could not have asked for a better location. Literally steps from everything - a 5 minute walk to Geula and Mea Shearim, a 10 minute walk to Rechavia, a half hour walk to the kotel, and right in the center of town. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Eliyahu was particularly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, answering any phone calls and emails within minutes. The unit we rented was perfect. It was 30 seconds to yaffo street and Ben yehuda. Machane yehuda was a 5 minute walk and the kotel was a short walk. The unit itself was nicely appointed and this is the second time we stayed on Strauss street. I would highly recommend rentals of distinction.

The apartment was comfortable,spacious,luxurious, and looked exactly like the pictures! Location is great, and the view was fantastic. It was a real convenience the indoor private parking. Akiva We went on a mitzva trip accompanying a close chaver who needed medical treatment in Israel. The apartment on Rechov Strauss was clean, modern and very nice. It was centrally located to Ben Yehuda and lots of minyanim nearby, plus a relatively close distance to the kotel. It was really terrific working with you and the apartment suited our needs very well. The owner was also a real mentch. Yasher koach! I would highly recommend your services in the future. We stayed at Rechov Strauss 4, Apt. 38 for a 12-day period in the beginning of January. Firstly, the location was superb! We were hesitant initially about being so close to town, but it was so convenient being just a short walk to Rechavia in one direction or Geula and Mea Shearim in the other direction. Also walking to the Kotel on Shabbos was straight and easy and took just under 30 minutes. Of course, the fact that we were steps away from the shops in Ben Yehuda and Yafo Street was amazing! Another thing we were a bit apprehensive about was the noise level in that area. But that was not an issue at all, as the apartment is on the 8th floor and we therefore did not hear any street noise. The parking is great and so convenient with plenty of available spaces. There are 3 elevators, so you never have to wait for an elevator. As to the apartment itself, we were so incredibly pleased! It is all brand new and done very nicely with every convenience. The dining room/living room is a nice large size, beautifully tiled and furnished. The kitchen is a modern beautiful kitchen. There are balconies off the dining room and off the kitchen. The bedrooms are all very decent sizes with comfortable beds and American mattresses, plenty of closet space. There are two full baths and one half bath; these are also done beautifully and in modern style. Bottom line – we were extremely comfortable, felt very much at home, and enjoyed our stay there immensely! We would definitely stay in that same apartment again on our next trip to Israel!!
