KKL Townhome 57 - 5 Bedroom

My family and I recently spent nearly two weeks in a great 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse near the center of the city. Glatt kosher appliances, beds fully made when we arrived, some snacks waiting when we arrived and so much more. Down the block from shuls, across the street from a markolet including one selling challos and cakes form the famous Brooklyn Bakery for Shabbat and Yom Tov and Green's. 30-40 minute walk from the kotel and about a 15 minute walk from the Knesset tours and famous Menorah. Short walk from Gan Sacher. The local property manager was extremely helpful at all times.

Our family had a wonderful Pesach in Jerusalem and in particular in the apartments at KKL. The position and size of the apartments is excellent as between both of the apartments (KKL 49 and 57) we were able to comfortably accommodate our sizable family. Further the ROD assistance and that of the ROD staff in accommodating our needs was most appreciated. We will recommend your Company and the apartments to our friends in Australia. Our family of five (plus two grandmothers) recently had the time of our lives staying at your rental location on 57–1 KKL in Jerusalem! The accommodations were absolutely amazing-very modern, clean and comfortable. We had enough space for everybody and we even had a friend sleepover on Shabbat. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The apartment truly felt like our home away from home. The neighborhood was fabulous. We met lots of friendly families and felt very welcome throughout our stay. Each morning we simply crossed the street to enjoy fresh baked goods from the nearby bakeries and cafes. Each night we took advantage of our close proximity to Ben Yehuda street and the shook to walk around the city, shop and dine out. The location was perfect! We even walked to the Old City and the Kotel on Shabbat-what could be better?! All of the amenities of the apartment were fabulous, including plenty of closet and hanging space for the clothes we brought along for the Bar Mitzvah we made. Even a detail like the plumbing in the bathrooms was great. The kids had the best showers! All in all, we can't wait to return and would highly recommend your true rental of distinction on 57-1 KKL. We were extremely happy with this rental. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. This location is tremendous in that it is very close to shuls and shopping and to the center of town. We look forward to renting it again.

We had such a nice stay at the KKL Townhome 57. Your staff was wonderful and everyone was so helpful. Uriel was very nice. Any problems that came up were fixed right way. Everything was top notch!

We really enjoyed the apartment, the location and especially the customer service that you provided, before, during and after our stay. We will certainly want to rent it again on our next trip!

From finding the proper apartment that would accommodate our family and then to meet our budget Rafi and Akiva where the most helpful and amazing agents. The KKL5 apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious and was nice and clean when we arrived. We really had a nice time in this big and comfortable apartment and it was worth every penny. Rentals of distinction was exactly the agency I was looking for and I would definitely recommend them for anyone I know that might need a rental there. I am looking forward for next time with Rentals of distinction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing 5 bedroom town house. The location was perfect; across the street from Angel's bakery, down the block from a supermarket in the Wolfson towers, and a 35 minute walk to the kosel. Need I say more? And Uri was extremely helpful, from showing us where everything was, to where to daven. Thanks so much!

We loved the apartment we rented over Pesach, and we felt truly at home. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked with towels, linens and essential cooking equipment. ( although we would have appreciated a Pesach milchig toaster oven and pot.) The location was perfect, convenient to everything, including our children and grandchildren. We would definitely rent the same apartment again!!

I can provide testimony that if you have the company Rentals of Distinction in your corner they will set you up in the best places to stay. This past summer I took my family to Israel & we stayed in one of their apartments in Shareei Chesed on Rachov Keren Kayamet. This apartment had everything you needed, 5 comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our large family, nice kitchen & dining room area for Shabbos. Bathrooms were clean & nice. Excellent A/C too ( very important in the summer). As everyone knows in real estate, location is very important and this was an awesome location. We had the Markolet (supermarket Wolfson towers) a half block away, Angel's bakery across the street, Cafes, Shabbos takeout food a couple blocks up, and a pizza store too. We were also around the corner from the Gra shul so we could catch a minyan practically anytime, so convenient. On Shabbos they close the street so no cars can pass by, so you get that feeling you are in Eretz Yisroel. You get the best of both worlds because you have a great mix of all different people. I must say Aliza Bookman was so helpful & accommodating to all the requests I threw at her. I highly recommend their company as they know the areas very well. Their experience really shines as they know everything around Yerushalyim. Everything she told me about was on the money, oh yeah almost forgot we got a price for the apartment too compared to other places. We are already working on our next trip. I know exactly who my first e-mail/phone call will be.

I recently rented the 5 bedroom townhome on KKL in Rechavia with my family! We loved the location, across the street from the bakery, the bagel shoppe, groceries, minyanim! On Shabbos the streets are blocked off and my kids were able to walk to Shul and run around in the street, it was so peaceful! The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious and super comfortable. The manager was friendly, helpful and readily available when we had any questions or problems! We walked to the Kotel on Shabbos, absolutely amazing experience! This is the apartment I plan to rent whenever we return again!

The apartment was fantastic, exactly what I was looking for! I was able to visit my kids in Israel and I had the space to have them for Shabbss! It was absolutely wonderful! The location terrific! The apartment was perfectly clean and well managed; I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
