The Balfour Apartment is simply amazing. We are thrilled with the apartment and with the apartment manager who met us at the apartment on the day of our arrival and showed us around. Everything is tastefully done and we would recommend it to anyone who needed a place and wanted to be in the heart of Yerushalayim. We are "Frequent Flyers" of Rentals of Distinction and 17 Balfour did NOT disappoint! Several factors made our eight night stay exceptional: 1) the prestigious location of the apartment cannot be beat -- it is a most elegant address on a quiet, tree-lined beautiful street which boasts easy walking distance everywhere (from the Old City to Ben Yehuda to Mahane Yehuda to Emek Refaim); 2) the apartment is immaculate with high end appliances, American style beds and linens, chic and comfortable furniture and very tasteful and attractive decor; 3) Nadav the manager was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming and last but not least; 4) Akiva Bookman and his crew offer their signature outstanding customer service with thoughtfulness, professionalism and warm hearts. One thing is for certain Akiva -- we'll be back b"H! Yasher Koach to you and your team!

We were very happy with this rental. The rooms were well designed, clean, well maintained, and attractive. There was usually parking available on the street right next to the apartment. Although centrally located the immediate area is quiet. The local property representative, was also very helpful. Only one complaint was that in one of the bedrooms there were no window screens so we either had to use the AC when we didn't otherwise need or want to.

Apartment was great, and we hope to rent it again. Nadav was available, helpful, and nice to work with. Your whole staff has been great!

Dear Akiva and Rafi Thank You! This Apartment was amzazing! situated in a very private setting. The block was a prestigeous quiet street The apartment had its own backyard right outside the resident. It was terrific - great location, loved first floor with almost no steps; wifi worked perfectly!! It is a high level apt. some of the kitchen stuff was sparse. The people we dealt with were wonderful and helpful!!! Thank you!!! Paul and Rachel Glasser

We rented the Balfour apartment which was beautiful and spacious. We are so glad we didnt go to a hotel as this was much nicer and much more convenient. It was even nicer and bigger than in the pictures! This is the second time we rented an apartment and we will defintely continue doing so on our future trips to israel. Akiva- you were awesome as always! Uri was great as well getting us settled in when we arrived. Highly recommended! Thanks.

We loved the apt it was an American style in the sense it was large, clean and had the amenities that is required for a top tier apt. I called the management a number of times and he was always available and responsive. Overall it was great!

It was a cute apartment and a very quiet location. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. Parking was never a problem, although you have to keep feeding the meter between 8 AM and 6 PM. I would definitely recommend your agency to others.

My husband and I want to thank you for making our trip to Israel the most wonderful vacation we have ever had. Although we have been to Israel many times, this was the first time that we chose to rent an apartment rather than stay in a hotel. It changed the whole experience for the better and I do not think we will ever choose to stay in a hotel again. The apartment on Balfour was beautiful, well furnished, had state of the art appliances, modern bathrooms and was even nicer than the lovely pictures on your website. The location was absolutely fabulous and, although we had a car, we walked to many of the places we wanted to go in Jerusalem due to the very central location of the apartment. Amazingly, even though we were close to everything, Balfour is a quiet, lovely tree-lined street. We hope to return soon and will definitely contact you and your very helpful staff when making our plans for a place to stay in Israel. Thanks again, Carol

Everything was really beautiful and we had everything we needed and it was very clean. We had a very nice stay.

We are very much enjoying our stay in Jerusalem. The apartment is a three minute walk from good friends of ours and it turns out that another friend used to live at 14 Balfour. We just discovered that you can walk through the barrier at Brener which makes things even more convenient. Your home here is really wonderful and we are very pleased to be here.
