KKL Townhome 49 - 4 Bedroom

We had a great stay. . We felt very much at home. The unit was very clean. The living room -dining room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The study full of seforim was a tremendous bonus. We spent a week there including Shabbos and could not have asked for anything more from a rental unit. The air conditioning worked well. Any questions that we had were answered promptly by the agent. The apartment we rented is beautiful,and the surrounding area is very convenient for Kosher shopping, plus a great dairy restaurant, and bakery across the street. There are also a few shuls in the neighborhood, and you very much feel the spirit of Shabbos on Shabbos.

KKL Townhome 49. Loved the location, plenty of room, beautiful and well mantained home, management and directions into the home were thorough and clear. air conditioner worked fine. Only problem - the towels and linens need some updating. Thanks so much,

We were extremely happy with the apartment that we had for our week in Israel. It was clean & spacious and had all the necessities that we needed. It was very comfortable & we were able to just relax & enjoy while we were there. I must say that this apartment really made our trip so amazing since it was beyond our expectations. My husband was thrilled with all of the seforim & everything that we needed was there!The location was excellent since it had a few groceries, fruit stores, bakery & bagel shop on the block. We were able to walk to the Kosel & many other places. All in all it was a great trip & a great apartment. We highly recommend this apartment & we already told people about it & have already booked.

Great apartment, great neighborhood, as advertised in all respects. No complaints of any kind and easy dealing with the people on the ground.

Couldn�t have picked a better location, the townhome was beautiful, and the person that greeted us was great! He showed not only showed us the apartment but the neighborhood and the supermarket as well. There is a bakery and a caf� across the street we went to every morning for coffee and breakfast. The service was fantastic, and when we had an issue it was addressed and resolved immediately. Even though the townhome was on a busy street, once you were in the house you couldn�t hear all of the noise and traffic which was so nice because it was peaceful but you could walk right outside and have so many places to go. The townhome was really a perfect fit for us and the service was great I would recommend anyone to stay there.

We have rented apartments in Israel before, but this time it far excelled previous experiences. This apartment was ground floor, clean and offered all you need, whether for shabbos or during the week, with angels bakery across the road, a choice of shuls to daven within a 3 minute walk! We walked everywhere, Mamilla, Kosel, Gaula .ben yehudah When we visit next Rentals of Distinction will be our first port of call! Many thanks for making everything so easy!

I can tell you that I would not want to stay in any hotel the next time we go. The location of this apt could not be better. We were across the street from bakeries, eateries, and places to change money. We were in walking distance to geula, ben yehudah etc. The apt was clean and comfortable. The welcome package that shevi left was very thoughtful. Akiva and co. definitely made this a most wonderful experience for us. Thank you

You know what they say, the best part of the apt is location, location, location. The location was fantastic. The apt was spacious, exactly like the pictures, and the location is the best. The kids were able to walk to Ben Yehuda. We even walked home from Meah Shearim! Having Greens and Angels across the street was great. Having the Gra� shul down the block was like having Flatbushs Landau right near you. All the amenities of home without being home. Washer/dryer was fantastic too. We came home with clean laundry! Being on the first floor was an added plus. A-Z it was GREAT. Thank you for everything.�

We are still here for one more week and having a great trip! The apartment was really great. We enjoyed our time there and love the area.

My husband and I stayed in the apartment on Keren Kayemet last week with our son learning in Yeshiva in Israel and our 16 month baby. We had an amazing time and found the apartment to be the perfect place for us. It was tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, comfortable, on the ground floor, and contained just about every amenity. There was just about every sefer one could learn from, a DSL line and an American washer and dryer. We have stayed in the finest hotels and found this to be far more luxurious, comfortable and spacious. The location was super......a beautiful, quaint neighborhood right near the Gra shul, with eateries and shopping all in walking distance. We come to Israel often and would rent this apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you Akiva.....you found us just the right place!

We have stayed in Yerushalayim before, but renting from your company has been an experience that matches no other! The apartment was fantastic, the location couldn't be beat and the service was outstanding! The location was amazing, right next to Angels bakery, Greens bagel shop for an easy lunch alternative, a minute from the Gra with revolving minyanim! The apartment was prepared for us clean and ready for our arrival, making the transition so smooth and comfortable. It was spacious and comfortable with so many modern conveniences! The streets are blocked off on Shabbos and the street outside the apartment is busy with tourists and Israeli kids running in the streets, we felt we really experienced Yerushalayim without compromising on our American standards! I tell all my friends that there is nowhere else to turn to in for luxury rentals but rentals of distinction. My only complaint is that we were unable to stay longer!
